Individual badges will not be required during the hours the Minnesota Expo is open. Each booth will be supplied 2 badges with your booth name printed on them for you to transfer from one worker to the next throughout the weekend. If you find you need an additional badge you can get one at the info desk outside the Rotunda at set-up. These badges can be picked up during set-up at the Info Booth in the Rotunda.

During Move-in and Move-out when exhibitors will be accessing the mall through the loading dock all persons in your vehicle must check in at the loading dock office with a current driver's license or state issued ID card. Other forms of identification will not be accepted. At loading dock check-in, you will complete a vendor access form and turn it in with your diver's license or ID card. Your driver's license or ID card will be given back upon return of your MOA Vendor Badge. These vendor badges are not the same as the badges that will be provided for you by the Expo at check-in in the Rotunda. The MOA Vendor Badge must be visible on your person at all times during Move-in and Move-out.
