Badge & Day Pass Policy

All exhibitors are required to have badges, these include the individuals' name printed on the badge, for all staff working the booth. All badges are picked up at the Will Call/Exhibitor Check-In desk by BOOTH NAME and must be accompanied by a license or other proof of ID.
IMPORTANT: Please inform the individuals picking up badges or day passes to know their booth name.

Specifics details regarding badges are as follows:

  • Each 10x10 booth is allotted 4 full weekend badges per booth. Therefore, if you have a double booth (10x20) then 8 badges are allotted. A 20 x 20 island is allotted 16 badges, etc.
  • Badges are NOT transferable.
  • Each badge can be exchanged in advance for 3 day passes. Example: One booth can have 4 weekend badges or 12 day passes, OR 1 badge and 9 day passes (or any combination).
  • If additional badges or day passes are required, they can be purchased in advance or at Will Call/Exhibitor Check-In for $10 per badge or $5 per day pass.
  • All Exhibitors are required to present their badge to enter the exhibition hall. If a badge is lost, a replacement can be purchased at Will Call for $2.
  • All badge names must be submitted in advance. Last minute schedule changes can be accommodated but are discouraged and will result in a handwritten name badge.
  • VIP & Guests:

  • If you are not using your full allotment of badges for staff working the booth you may request day passes for guests or VIPs.
  • Additional day passes can be purchased for $5, either in advance or at Will Call, these Day Passes are limited to 5 Day Passes per 10x10 booth, 10 for a 10x20, etc
  • VIP's and guests may pick up PRE-ORDERED day passes at the Will Call desk. The day passes will be filed under the name of the booth requesting them.
  • Please note that complimentary and guest tickets are not eligible for door prizes, magazine subscriptons, or other giveaways that are included with a full-price admission ticket.

Otherwise you can complete the online form below, or email your booth name and the list of staff names for badges and/or day passes (please specify badge or day pass) to badges@bewisports.com.If you have multiple booths or an island you can email an excel file instead of filling out the form multiple times, but please make sure to have separate fields for first and last name, and you must include your booth name.

    Will Call: There is a special exhibitor registration area at the entrance of each Expo. "Will Call" is provided as a free service to all exhibitors to assist in distributing exhibitor badges/guest tickets. Anyone who has been to a public show knows what a hassle it can be trying to leave badges/tickets for someone, or even worse, trying to pick up tickets you "know" were left for you. Such problems can be alleviated if everyone follows these rules:

  • Whoever picks up your company’s badges should see that all are distributed promptly to your staff

  • If you are not 100% sure you will see someone before they arrive at the expo DO NOT pick up their badge for them, let them get the badge when they arrive themselves, and

  • If you tell someone you’re leaving badges and/or tickets at the door—DO IT!!!

    Fill in the names for each badge in the boxes below or check the day pass box if you are turning a badge in for 3 day passes. If you have more than one booth repeat the process for the correct number of badges you should receive. Please review the badge policy above if you have any questions about how many badges or day passes your company receives.
    IMPORTANT Day Pass Note: You must bring the list of names for those people picking up the day passes with you to the Expo and leave it under your booth name at the Will Call desk or email it to us at least a week before the expo.
