All exhibitors are required to have badges for their staff working the booth, with the individuals'
names printed on the badges. The form for requesting these badges can be
print out by clicking here: Badge
Request Form and then fax or mail it to us. All badges are picked up at the Will Call desk by BOOTH NAME.
Please inform the individuals picking up badges or day passes to know their booth name. Specifics details
regarding badges are as follows:
- Each 10x10 booth is allotted 4 full weekend badges per booth. Therefore, if you have a double booth (10x20) then 8 badges are allotted. A 20 x 20 island is allotted 16 badges, etc.
- Badges are NOT transferable.
- A badge can be traded in (in advance please) for 3 day passes. Example: One booth can have 4 weekend badges or 12 day passes, OR 1 badge and 9 day passes (or any combination).
- If additional badges or day passes are required, they can be purchased in advance or at Will Call for $10 per badge or $5 per day pass.
- All Exhibitors require a badge to enter the exhibition hall. If a badge is lost, a replacement can be purchased at Will Call for $2.
- All badge names must be submitted in advance. Last minute schedule changes can be accommodated but are not preferred.
VIP & Guests:
- If you are not using your full allotment of badges for staff working the booth you may request day passes for guests or VIPs.
- Additional day passes can be purchased for $5, either in advance or at Will Call.
- VIP's and guests may pick up PRE-ORDERED tickets at the Will Call desk. The tickets will be filed under the name of the company requesting them.
